Custom conchos and tack LLC leather by design proudly present our 3rd annual old-fashioned tack swap meet!
March,17th 2018 10-4pm
This is a community event for all equine disciplines. 90% of everything for sale is used tack, clothes, hats, boots and more! This is a pressure-free tack swap. There will be no pressure of competing against a commercial vendor. We designed this for our customers and anyone that may be no longer into horses and just wish to sell their stuff, or you have just collected too much stuff!
ALL SPOTS MUST BE RSVP BY PHONE (567-560-4457)/PM MESSAGE! Any payment by mail with out RSVP will be returned to sender. Spots are first come and must be paid at the time of reserving your spot. Payments: c.c/debit card, check, PayPal (No refunds)
The building is very heated, setup is the day before and the day of.
NO COMMERCIAL VENDORS.
NO DOGS ALLOWED IN BUILDING DUE TO FOOD.
VENDORS SPACES-
1- TABLE $20.00 includes 1- vendor band, 1-Raffle ticket,1- 6ft table & chair. 12X12 spot
2- TABLES $30.00 includes 1-vendor bands, 1-Raffle tickets, 2- 6ft tables & 2-chairs. 12X24 spot.
VENDORS CAN BRING ADDITIONAL TABLES IF YOU LIKE.
(Tables spaces is a maximum of 1 or 2 tables.) Any additional helpers will pay $1.00(this can be paid in advance or day of. If you need someone to cover your spot we will have someone to cover your space.
